Step one: Beginning at the center of your lips, use the drip-shaped doe-foot applicator to swipe outward and fill in your lips. Step two (optional): After ten minutes, wipe to reveal a natural-looking, even lip stain. Pro tip: For a more defined look, first outline your lips with lip liner, then fill in with Lip I.V.
