Automatic Data Collection
When using our services or opening our emails, we may collect certain information automatically via cookies, Flash cookies, local storage, web beacons, pixels, JavaScript, device IDs, server logs, and other technologies. Terms of Use
Introduction:

- Agreement – Refers to the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between parties in this agreement.
Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the Consumer
- The consumer affirms that they have the legal capacity to engage with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
- The consumer accepts that if they violate this clause, they bear the consequences.
Article 3 – Nature of the Obligation
- The store’s obligation to consumers is to provide the requested service or product.
- The store may offer other services, such as after-sales support, depending on the type of service or product requested.
Article 4 – Usage Guidelines
- The consumer must use the store’s online platform according to public ethics and laws of Saudi Arabia.
- When purchasing a service or product, the consumer must not use it in violation of applicable ethics or laws.
Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations
When applying for store membership:
- You must provide specific information and choose a username and password for accessing services.
- You are responsible for maintaining account and password confidentiality and must notify the store of any unauthorized use.
- The store is not liable for any loss resulting directly or indirectly from disclosure of your account information.
- You must personally use your account; any third-party use implies your authorization.
- All information provided must be true, correct, updated, and complete; you must update it if changes occur.
- The store treats your personal and contact information confidentially.
- If you provide false or incomplete information, the store may suspend or terminate your account without affecting other rights.
- Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination.

Article 8 – Payment Services
- The store provides online payment systems via partners, fully online or via other available methods.
- The store determines the price of products/services according to market value.
- The store must provide invoices, receipts, and proof of payment for all transactions and provide the consumer with purchase invoices.
- The store must apply standard accounting practices in accordance with this agreement and legal requirements.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
- Intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, before and after the platform’s establishment.
- The consumer must respect these rights, including the store name, logos, and trademarks.
Article 10 – Store Liability
- The store must conduct its business in accordance with Saudi laws and this agreement.
- The store is not responsible for claims arising from errors or negligence, directly or indirectly, including those by consumers or third parties (e.g., shipping companies).
- The store and its representatives guarantee that products/services are legitimate, authorized, and lawful according to Saudi laws.
Article 11 – Restriction of Access or Membership
The store may suspend or terminate consumer membership or restrict access at any time without prior notice and for any reason.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article 13 – General Provisions
- If any clause is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the rest of the agreement.
- This agreement forms the basis of understanding and contractual obligations between the store and consumer.
- The Arabic language is the official reference for interpretation; translations are secondary.
- Prices and offers on services or products may change periodically.
- Promotional or marketing offers are temporary, and the store may modify or cancel them.
- Parties must conduct transactions in compliance with applicable Shariah, laws, and regulations.
- This agreement can only be terminated by a decision from the store administration.
