How to Use
For Dry Hands - Day Time: Massage a small amount (about the size of a pea) all over hands after washing, when hands are warm and moist. Night Time: Apply a small amount before bed and cover hands with loose-fitting socks. After Shower/Bath: Apply a small amount to warm, hydrated skin before moisture is lost. For Dry Feet - Day & Night: Massage a small amount (about the size of a pea) all over each foot, then put on socks. Ultimate Foot Therapy: (1) Soak feet in warm water for 20 minutes (5 minutes if diabetic), optionally with 1/4 cup Epsom salt. (2) Use pumice stone or foot file to gently buff away dry skin and calluses, rinsing every 1-2 minutes. (3) Massage a good amount (about the size of a hazelnut) all over foot, concentrating on dry areas, then put on clean socks immediately. For Whole Body - Day Time: Massage a small amount (about the size of a hazelnut) all over body, or apply to trouble spots like knees, elbows, and feet. Night Time: Massage a good amount all over body, apply extra to dry areas like elbows and heels, then put on pajamas and socks. After Shower/Bath: Apply a good amount to warm, hydrated skin all over body.
