Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free before it ships. If the order has already shipped, it must follow the return process below. Contact us immediately at support@avnzor.com.

Returns Window (KSA)

You can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase
Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
  • Personal care / beauty / hygiene items once opened
  • Supplements or consumables
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Customized or special‑order items
  • Hazardous or flammable goods

Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund.

Shipping & Taxes (clear rule)

  • Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, defective item).
  • Taxes are refunded where required by law.
  • Otherwiseoriginal shipping fees and taxes are non‑refundable.

Return Shipping

  • If return is due to our error → free return label
  • Otherwise → return shipping is paid by customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, contact support@avnzor.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
