How to Use
Mix 1 part INOA color with 1 part INOA developer in a 1:1 ratio. Apply evenly to dry or towel-dry hair. Leave for 35 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with INOA post treatment for best results. Perform an allergy test 48 hours before each application.
