How to Use
Mix iNOA Color 6.23 with iNOA Developer at a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 60g color + 60ml developer). Apply to dry, unwashed hair from roots to ends. Leave on for 35 minutes at room temperature. Do not use heat. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear, then shampoo and condition. For grey coverage, apply root-to-tip in one step. Perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before each application.
