How to use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a toothbrush.
Brush for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Use twice daily.
Avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes after brushing.
Children under 6 years should use a small amount under adult supervision.
