How to Use
Mix iNOA Color (60g) with iNOA Oxidant Developer in a 1:1 ratio. Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair starting from the roots. Leave on for 35 minutes without heat. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Follow with L'Oreal Professionnel iNOA post-color treatment for best results. Avoid contact with eyes. Perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before use.
