How to Use
Mix iNOA 9.1 with iNOA ODS2 Developer in a 1:1 ratio and apply to dry, unwashed hair. Leave on for 35 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with iNOA post-color care for best results. Perform a strand and allergy test 48 hours before use.
